So these will be SFTPed to Diaverum

if Deleted ==1 in the XML in the backlog

We can already recreate path files in a rake task e.g.

bundle exec rake diaverum:recreate_pathology_files from_date=2019-10-30 to_date=2020-11-15 local_patient_id=Z100003

However it would be useful to do this in UI
Perhaps we can introduce a point of extensibility in RW to allow this gem to plug in some UI elements via a partial perhaps with a button/date picker to allow generation from a patient HD page.
Perhaps a Diaverum menu item could appear in the HD Summary for patients dialysing at hospital unit that is associated with Diaverum (via hd_provider_units). RW would have to detect this relationship and so for example if a patient's HD profile says they dialysate at unit A and that unit has an entry on hd_provider_units to indicate its a Diaverum unit, the HD summary can attempt insert a menu item or view component from the diaverum gem at a particular location - and fails silently if it does not exist. Same applies to Nikkiso and Fresenius. Gives an opportunity for these gems to insert specific content. COuld be we support puling in a summary viewcomponent form the gem for display on the HD Profile, and a dedicate page accessed by a menu that is activated if appropriate.

Check just for a missing start_date in incoming XML and make sure notes are copied

When going live, have the ability to indicate that folders older than a particular date should not be imported, otherwise the the 30 day backlog will be imported creating duplicates.

Add ENV GO_LIVE_DATE var
Use this date to exclude Treatment elements with a Date earlier than GO_LIVE_DATE
