🔭 I’m an MS CS Grad at UC Davis

At present, I'm researching with Prof. Joel Porquet in the Computer Science Education Lab at UC Davis. My current project, lupBook, is an innovative, completely offline interactive textbook framework that operates entirely client-side, to which I am adding feature like data persistence, including autosaving responses, and enabling export/import functionality to restore student work.

I am also serving as a teaching assistant for EDU110 (Educational Psychology) course and really enjoying it!

Recently I worked on this project named indexgen. Please have a look and see if you find it useful.

UI: Improve UI experience when user enters a wrong URL or link to a private repo

Right now when you paste a git repo link to the input and try to choose a branch, behind the scenes it calls Github api to fetch all the branches for that repo.

If user doesn't enter correct link, or tries to enter link to a private repo the UI should show an error message saying "Please provide correct url" or "Please provide link to public repo or use our CLI if you would like to generate index for a private repo" respectively
