Problem: while factions data is generally correct, we must add hard check to ensure so, and make manual review queue for failures

Solution:
expand lists model save() to ensure all factions and subfactions are within hardcoded lists of those and match
if not -> flag for manual review
if yes -> mark as sanity checked

add space in django admin panel to rather easily review the failes, and keep track of them permamently in separate table for future testing/debugging. It's imperative that we do not save non-sanitised faction/subfaction data anymore, and re-verify the ones already in db.

For aos only for now.

Looking to work with this and possibly contribute to this project but can't figure out what is required to run the base system (i.e. scrape BCP, no GPT integration). Could you update your readme or reach out?
