Store statistics like number of skipped, deleted and evaluated for each user in a Project about ezannotate HOT 1 CLOSED

As discussed with Premkumar Selvaraj today, we are storing the required stat in d_hits table. Refer to the below Update log:

• Added support for storing users who are doing various actions apart from HIT.
• Added support for storing users who are doing the various evaluations on the HIT records.
• Now the d_hits table has an added column named statusByUid which is the id for the user who is doing various actions on annotation e.g. HIT or MARK AS DONE, SKIP, REQUEUE, DELETE etc.
• The d_hits table also has an added column named evaluatedByUid which is the id for the user who are doing various evaluations on annotation e.g. MARK AS CORRECT, MARK AS INCORRECT.
• To add these two said fields in d_hits, a query has been run. It is being logged below. Please run this query when updating/pulling the current issue/commit.
• QUERY TO ADD statusByUid and evaluatedByUid in d_hits:

ALTER TABLE d_hits ADD COLUMN statusByUid varchar(36) NULL AFTER evaluation, ADD COLUMN evaluatedByUid VARCHAR(36) NULL AFTER statusByUid;
