This is a SelfList App Manager Plugin using CPF 3.0 (Cyberize Plugin Framework).

1. Creates an Admin Page called App Manager
2. Uses an Ajax based Search Input to bring in Users with ID and current ACF Points
3. Once the users on the List is selected, and new points are inserted on the other Points Input on the left
4. The new points are added to the corresponding users via Ajax and ACF
