Remove Skills Section

Why

1. If you have 90% skill, or any percentage of skill, in a particular technology/ language, this value is completely subjective. 90% for me may be considered 60% for you. Gauging your ability in a certain skill is completely unreliable and most likely biased.
2. What are you even gauging? Understanding of a language? If yes, then understanding of what exactly, the syntax? How often do you work with the technology? Your ability to implement the skill in creative ways?
3. If you're gauging your skills, you will show whoever is viewing your portfolio how bad you are at certain skills. Why would you want to showcase your weak points? I'm not very good with Python and Django, so it doesn't make sense to showcase that on my portfolio and put "Python: 20%."
