Leverage existing js library in ERPNext to make components moveable, like the "Group A, B C", but not list or chart elements within a component.

Phase 1) Dash manager is a landing page with only the dashboard components specified, as is outlined in the existing design as of 11/1/17.
Phase 2) Make the dashmanager library and pattern available to all doctypes using a "create custom field" insertion and naming the dashmanager per doctype, eg "Item Dashmanager". More than one per doctype should not exist.

Components should be a some multiple of a bootstrap column width and height. (1x1, 2x1, 2x2, 1x2...) Other sizes can be added as appropriate.
It should use the frappe standard 4px corner radius
A color scheme is required- grayscale plus Frappe purple? Maybe use the other core icon colors?

For each list element from the SQL query, return two columns: a label/ key and a value. Render these in an HTML table in the dashmanager component

Render list elements with some kind of cutoff for quantity; 10? 7? 12?

This allows the user to validate their SQL query and return a sample rendering in a frappe.ui.dialog style dialog window. This should not be viewable from the grid view.
