I find that dark-themed websites hurt my eyes. This is a good chance to use the prefers-color-scheme media query in the CSS.

• Create a new docs/index.md file
• Link to it from the homepage
• Generate structure for what will be linked to (based on TODOs)

Look at all the functions of js-ipfs-fetch

Put together a docs/ipfs-api.md which will go through each feature and have a small copy-able snippet as well as info on what all the parameters do

It'd be nice if we could lint changes in using github actions when we get a pull request to keep the spelling errors and overall formatting in order.
