This is implemented, but it only works if the project have enabled the Transcoding from 12 or 24 hours ago... To make this feature full functional without bad User Experiences, it would be great to have some disclaimer on the Admin in some part or at least in the Agora documentation.
Do you think we can add some disclaimer into the plugin? @digitallysavvy

I reached out to the team that handles the Agora dashboard and they will add a disclaimer regarding wait time for any features that can be enabled via the dashboard.
