Automatically purge database of old entries

To prevent the database table systems from growing too large it should be purged regularly. The regular purge might remove rows which is older than a certain date or similarly.

Implement support for database migrations

In case the database schema changes there needs to be a migration system in place. Currently the developer would have to manually create and make sure any migrations is applied.

System ADM graph show 7 days history

Current graph will just show last 10 DB rows regardless of dates. Change the graph to always show 7 days history resampling the data if necessary.

Allow posting system security level in manual update

The EVE ADM value doesn't update immediately when raising the 'System Security' level. Instead users see values such as Level 3 58%. Need to allow users to post the manual ADM updates in that format. For example: !adm update XX-231 Level 4 12%. This information needs to be conveniently displayed when printing the ADM summary regardless of previous ADM value.
