Catch system signals by mpsc channel in Rust

signal-notify crate provides a simple way to wait for signals in *nix systems through standard
std::sync::mpsc API.

rx.recv().unwrap()signal-notify doesn't support Windows. I'm not familiar with Windows, so I'd be happy if you
could help me about it.
I think this crate can be implemented in a simpler and more efficient way based on the sigwaitinfo() API.
Some signals are not defined on some platforms, for example Haiku doesn't have SIGIO at least, resulting in:
error[E0432]: unresolved import `libc::SIGIO`
It would be nice to either find them dynamically from libc or to import them selectively.
