The module window always opens on start due to being constructed when the module is loaded.
This behaviour should be disabled for releases.

Two options:

• hide the window immediately after construction and show it when it is instructed to.
• always construct a new window when it is instructed to show and dispose it after being hidden.

The KP party table has not been updating/syncing reliably with party or squads. Sometimes it won't load new or current squad members, even when they enter the instance or map. It won't clear members after the squad has disbanded. When I enter a new party or squad, the old members will still be stuck in the party table (even hours later) and the new party doesn't load. I can't find any controls or options to refresh it or remove old party members.
