Hi,

I came across your paper and would love to learn how you generated the bottom panel of figure 2C that shows aggregate single cell ATAC-seq profiles.

I referred to your vignettes for figure 2(https://raw.githack.com/aertslab/Bravo_et_al_EyeAntennalDisc/eb2f9dcfad3433f544a5297db5504dc4501ff972/Figure_2/Figure_2.html), but I noticed that the section for figure 2C actually corresponds to figure 2D.

Currently, I have bam files of my single cell ATAC-seq samples and bed files that have cis-regulatory regions, and I am interested in visualizing the aggregate single cell ATAC-seq profiles for one particular gene or a band. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on replicating the process for generating the bottom panel of figure 2C.
