I just installed aegis for the node template functionality. I'm happy to say that I was able to capture a set of nodes and save as a template. However, it doesn't seem to add those nodes to a "group" (colored box), like it shows in the demo.

When I load a template, the new group name gets random letters and numbers after the template name.

In this example, this template was simply named "FaceID".

Is it to make sure group names are different ?

Why not just "FaceID_1", "FaceID_2", etc. ... ?

A nice feature for this node suite, would be a dedicated preprocessor selector.

Now I can connect the [ AIO Aux Preprocessor ] node to a primitive.
But primitives have limitations.
For instance, Anything Everywhere? does not work with primitives.

The rgthree suite has a similar selector, but for KSampler configuration.
This allows me to use the same sampler and sheduler, throughout the workflow, via AE nodes.

Now, I can also use AE nodes to set the ControlNet model, throughout the workflow.  
Because the "vanilla" [ Load ControlNet Model ] node also works with AE.

It would be great to do the same with the ControlNet Preprocessor !
