How is the key file supposed to look like? about isbndb-py HOT 2 OPEN

Yeah its a documentation thing.  For now what works is:
1. create a file called tests/.isbndbkey with one line thtat looks like:
keyname:key
2. run tests/setup_keys.py

this will create some keyfiles for the test dir.

The real problem was, I took out my keyfile and didn't commit it because it had 
my
personal key in it, and I forgot to add something else.

I have created the file as instructed in tests/.isbndbkey
keyname:XXXXXXXX

Also, there is a keyvalue present all over the code. Hopefully, this key is 
disabled
