Have a more readable graphic using more color for the packages and its dependency graphs. The graphs could may have different colors based on the amount of split packages. (2 sources with same package having a different color than 3 and so on)

Gradle 6.4 added support for buildng modular projects, there's no need to use the org.gradle.java.experimental-jigsaw plugin anymore (which is outdated any way).

jdk is too generic. Other options beside the one suggested in the title is to use org.adoptopenjdk.jsplitpkgscan as found as the value of Automatic-Module-Name in the build file.

Some organizations mark their public API in the codebase by annotating members of this API. I think it would be useful to get this information together with split package report to quickly check the impact of split package elimination on existing API.
Do you think it would be useful to add feature like this or it's too specific usage scenario?

Lines 26 to 48 of the build can be simplified by applying and configuring the application plugin. The update to the JAR's mentaInf still needs to be defined explicitly.

Trying to run on JDK 11 results in:

gradlew clean build

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

AFAICT only one of the two is needed.

The build states JDK 12 as source/target compatibility. Are there any hard restrictions that require JDK 12 as a minimum? Is it possible to change this to JDK 11?

Hi, I am trying to gradlew clean and build without an IDE, but I keep getting this
Downloading https://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-5.4-all.zip
Though I have gradle 5.4 globally installed.
Since I am behind proxy it won't let it go and download. So I will get connection error and the build will just stop.
gradle clean build --offline doesn't work neither.
Setting GRADLE_HOME and PATH didn't make it any better.

The split package report contains redundant library entries when showing all libraries per package.
