In Previous SDK version page,
https://developer.adobe.com/client-sdks/previous-versions/documentation/sdk-versions/#react-native, the latest Assurance react native version shows v4.0.0.

Sync extension names in release notes

Remove ACP prefix and synchronize the extension names across platforms/wrappers in all release notes pages, includinggeneral notes and per extension.
e.g. iOS ACPCore 2.9.6 -> iOS Core 2.9.6, similar with Android Core 1.11.1
