We need a press release template, 1.5 to 2 pages, properly written and edited, and ready to send out. In the near future, I'd like to use it when we teach at schools with big PR departments to get some exposure in the school gazette or webpage. @iglpdc

[From Greg forwarded email] I think if a little bit of HTML was provided to sponsors for use on their sites, it might drive traffic your way as well, which can only be good. Anything to lift the profile.

Something people could append to an mail signature would also be handy – it helps to get the word out.

Badges are good – they help start conversations.

• we need a clear description of the workshops to send out to the students. Often, people complain that the level of the workshops wasn't clearly stated in the ad, so we get frustrated advanced learners in novice workshops. Some of the emails needed during the workshop setup could be in templates too. @igldpc
