Some of the journals had empty directories which did not contain any html files

Whenever I query the articles table within the db, it is returning NULL for all values that are in the column for publisher.

My guess is that there was an issue retrieving the publisher of the journal via the scraper.

One example is Journal of neurophysiology.

We fetched these files, but since no source is defined in ACE, it cannot be ingested into the db

Publisher is not scraped from PubMedCentral
