Add in Comments

Need the ability to comment on Feedback left by users. Showing a feedback item should also show all associated comments.

Add Postgres Support

Right now we only support an in-memory DB. Need to have some sort of persistence and PG is always a good choice.

Logins

Need to support logins. I don't really want to deal with hashed passwords to begin with so we should probably support a few OpenID providers. This is dependent on #1

I'd like to add in Docker support. Ideally, this repo will be consumed through a parent Repo and managed through something like Docker Swarm, although we should be able to interact with the API as a completely standalone entity.

Voting system

Need to implement a primitive up/down voting system for Feedback. I think supporting negative values is a good idea at first. Maybe we limit the negative votes after a certain point.
