Apparent race between _closePopoverBlurHandler and popoverClosed

I'm having trouble reproducing this myself with the latest version of this library and chrome 70.0.3538.110, but we have seen stack traces with failures on (null).querySelectorAll.

Disabling a button with a tooltip freezes the `is-active` class

Let's say you have a button with a tooltip

<button disabled={{isDisabled}}>
  {{#adde-tooltip}}
    Save
  {{/adde-tooltip}}
</button>

When you mouseover the button, it gains the class is-active. If you disable the button while is-active is on, then mousing out of the button does not remove the is-active class.

Popover crashes app after closing

When I open a popover, it works fine, but once I click outside of it to close it, my app crashes hard and displays the following error:

I'm able to open other popovers on the page, but the same message appears when I close them. Also, I am unable to do anything else in my app like navigating to other routes. It throws up this message when I try to do so:
