if refresh is hit on a course page app locks up due to the router on page perhaps?

Hi,

I'm having issues uploading the plug into my server side Adapt Authoring tool. I'm receiving this following message upon upload.

"Plugin upload failed
Error: Unrecognized plugin type for package adapt-menu-singlePageCourse"

thoughts?

@adamlaird - In v1.1.0 the last few lines of your code will cause a problem with Drawer and other plugins like pageLevelProgress. I'd suggest removing the addClass to hide the navigation elements as other plugins will need the navigation bar. It should be up to the theme to control this.

I tried it with the latest version and it seems that it tries to route but then get re-routed to the menu, the only solution I found was to change the URL(ignore backbone) when the page loads.
