Could be accomplished by having navigation being pulled from a json or variable setup...
(blog is a whole other animal)

• 404 pages should be using custom 404 page

Site footer should use a sticky footer design

Should have a function that makes title dynamic per page

• function should be called inside of title tag
• Use "is_page" variables already setup to declare titles per section. (Blog may be a whole other monster...)
• should be a fallback if a page does't have a declared title

Each page should have specific content for the title
