I am unable to open schematic file of "ADS1X15-Breakout-Board-PCBs" in Eagel . On eagle its ays " this is not an eagle file!"

am I allowed to use the footprint of the ads1x15 in other open source projects? (or is there any licensing?)

Am I missing something here?

In the Eagle schematic, the ADS1015 symbol shows 12-bit I2C ADC, not 16-bit.

When I try to open this on either platform it shows an error saying it's not an eagle file with the error:

"line 8, column 88: This is not an EAGLE file."

I have no idea if I'm doing something wrong any help would be great!

I downloaded the Eagle files using the Zip file download and imported them into KiCad. On the KiCad PCB Layout Editor, there is marked a "rats nest" connection with no actual track. The actual PCB I have does have this connection, so it's a drawing issue. The missing track is between the GND Via adjacent to capacitor C1 (which is across VDD and GND very near the ADS1115 chip) and GND. The Via then connects to the chip GND. I assume this is known about, but I thought it should be reported so the drawing gets updated.
