neurorack's Issues

Still active?

Hi, having noticed this project a month or so ago, I only today noticed it actually dates back almost 2 years now- is this project still active? I've went ahead and ordered all the parts listed but now that I have everything else, I'm not sure exactly how the build process should proceed with no real guide. For example, it seems the screen partially sits on top of the rotary knob's base? Also, now that I've soldered on the jacks, the screens actually doesn't fit at all anymore, the bottom part of the screen hits the middle jack when I align the screen pins with the pins on the board. I'm also not exactly sure where to attach the DAC and ADC- also, does it require two ADC's? The BOM would indicate only 1, but the schematics list ADC0 and ADC1.

Module Power

Hi @mart1ver - can I clarify how the module is intended to be powered? I didn't see a eurorack header on either the schematic or PCB/gerbers, and that seems like it might not be a good idea since both of the 5V pins on the 40-pin GPIO header pull 2.5A each according to Nvidia's docs. Does this mean you're powering the module off of either the USB-C connector or the barrel port connector and an external power supply unit?

Module Panel?

Thank you all for this contribution! I'm excited to go build one. I don't think I saw a file anywhere for the module panel however, is there one that's available for sharing along with this project?

LICENSE conflict

The repository LICENSE file says this project has an MIT license, but the README says it's "Everything in this project is under the CC NC-BY-SA 4.0 licence, which means you can adapt, share, tweak, dance with, destroy anything here as long as there is no commercial use involved."
