Phrasal search Status: definitely want
Searches for previously used phrases in a document and matches them up with the current bit of text.

Example: "she sells" matches up with "she sells sea shells by the sea shore" automatically - with phrasal search, the next word in the phrase is prioritized

In-word search Status: maybe - consider the usability impact/necessity further / sleep on it / etc...
Sarches for the current word as a part of a current word - e.x. "direct" might find "indirect"

Note that this is only an issue with the reference list loader. Individual document loading works fine.

Reproduction:
Open ContexType.
Open a word document and use ContexType to autocomplete a few things.
Close the word document.
Open a word document.
Notice that ContexType does not work.
