4004 webpage still points to 1.0.0 - looks like 1.1.0 was never made live on the web

Went to look at releasing a 1.2.0 and noticed the webpage was still at 1.0.0 in the version number presented and the data in the download is old as well.

Can we make the page titles match the existing site?
Can we make the browser tab icon match the existing site? (It's a mini version of the DPEL logo -- cloud and film reels.)

ALab License Link 404

As reported by Nikie Monteleone on Slack, the ASWF Asset License link on the ALab page returns a 404 error:

Current License link (404): https://dpel.aswf.io/alab/alab/alab-license (looks like an extra alab in the path)

Display Most Recent Assets at Top of Page

In an effort to promote more recent additions to DPEL, we should reverse the order of the listed assets on the main page such that the most recent assets appear at the top. Currently, the most recent assets are at the bottom and require scrolling past prior assets to access.
