Issue description

The game crashes when Mekanism's energy is sent to the Meat Packer(industrialmeat:meat_packer).

Steps to reproduce

1. Place the Meat Packer(industrialmeat:meat_packer)
2. Place a block next to the Meat Packer where the mekanism can transmit power(e.g. Basic Universal Cable(mekanism:basic universal_cable))

When Industrial Meat is loaded with Forge 35.1.29 the game fails to load because IM is missing license information in mods.toml.

Adding any type of license information into mods.toml fixes it.

I've filled it with liquid protein, and placed a chest on top of it, and supplied power, and even tried toggling a redstone signal on and off, and it appears the Meat Packer simply isn't packin' meat.
