• It does appear in https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Wiktionary:Wikimedia_language_codes
  as the "Norman" language. The page notes that nrm is the ISO code for "Narom"
• It is indeed listed at http://www-01.sil.org/iso639-3/documentation.asp?id=nrm as "Narom"

Since http://www.ethnologue.com/language/nrm claims Narom is "unwritten", in what language is the list under evangelist/nrm? Norman, Narom or something else?

If there is an ISO code for that language, that code would be the preferred category name.
