I am a student currently using this code so I can do topological data analysis on the heart rate information. I am running it through Spyder from the Anaconda distributor. I have run this code a few times since I have had to restart when I encountered issues (I wanted to get it right all the way through since I am still pretty new to coding). Unfortunately I lost my kernel when I had to force my computer to restart due to another issue. Now I cannot complete step 1, it gets stuck about halfway through the process. I have been troubleshooting with restarting my computer and even re-downloading the original zipped file but it still gets stuck, but no error messages show up. Any idea how to fix this?
