Performing Basic Data Manipulation and transformation using Pandas for Geo Loc data (Lat/Long)

The purpose of this question we have a dataset which needs to be processed and made ready to use for different applications. Every application would need geo information which contains

1. Country Name
2. Country Code
3. Location Name
4. Location code
5. Location Type (Function)
6. Longitudes
7. Latitudes Here in this sample data you have location details in code-list.csv Country information in country.txt Location Type or otherwise known as Function in the dataset in function.txt You would have to read all three files and combine them together.
