A web system where the Admin(HR) can track the status (delayed, on-time, completed) of the files across different departments in the organization using charts.
Employees could scan barcodes on the files to mark that they are working on the file and also they could add remarks to the file which can be seen by the admin.
Auto assignment of file to employee from next department, file delay notification to employee, auto employee rating system were implemented.
