The website needs more tweaks to the general appearance to make it both more functional and appealing.

In particular, we should reduce the size of the top banners to save vertical space.

See policy pages for example. Text is too small, top and bottom margins seem too big, placement and formatting of date is odd.

We should improve the theme for the blog, both list and post view.

Recent blog posts should be visible on the main page of the site.

Right now we're mostly just using the same background image across most pages. We should mix it up.

Write up the edit/build process with all dependencies.

Also make it clear that people should not modify the theme itself.

It's uncomfortably large.

They don't work right now. Need to get set up in gsuite.

The word 'criteria' is plural. What you mean is (I think) the following.

The program 'sudo' fits all four of those risk criteria.

We don't use black as a header or footer background any more, make mobile width header consistent.
