Problema al generar algunos PDFs con versiones recientes de pandoc / xetex

Al compilar los archivos que contienen referencias a imágenes, el proceso falla:

En este caso vemos que la teoría del tema 01 no ha sido compilada.

Como solución temporal, ¿sería posible subir los PDFs ya creados al repositorio?
