Write a function to extract out the data needed for dijkstra from the all routes state in the server.

Trailing zeros are being stripped from the built in memory; resulting in errors.

SQLAlchemy code needs to be split from the server code alongside general code improvements

Make sure all of the cars are moving in the simulator at their real-life speeds according to the road limit (assuming the traffic isn't heavy).

Data structure of each junction must be more scalable. At the moment the data structure will fall apart with more complexity.

A bug with relative/absolute paths in TravisCI means that configuration sometimes isn't working for files such as routes.json even though they are on the variable path.

Currently all potential junctions and routes are held in a global variable. This isn't efficent and could result in performance issues down the line. This is to change the data structure so it's in a class with a good object structure.

Ensure that no heavy maths (such as haversine formula) is done on the client side; all of these computations should be done on the server side as the client will be under heavy load due to the maps.

Make all code PEP 8 compliant through the use of PyLint.
