Hi Adolfo,
thank you for the clear minimal hotchocolate demo server.

1. I have upgraded it to NET Core 3.1
2. Upgraded all NuGet packages to the latest versions
3. Built the Demo
4. Run it as a Console server (not IIS)
5. Run browser with url http://localhost:6000/graphql/ (I have modified the
   "DemoGraphQL": {
   "commandName": "Project",
   "launchBrowser": false,
   "environmentVariables": {
   "ASPNETCORE_ENVIRONMENT": "Development"
   },
   "applicationUrl": "http://localhost:6000;https://localhost:6001"
   }
   )
6. It does not find the page : This site can’t be reached

What is incorrect?
