url_shortener-Python

A custom url shortener made using Python, Pyflask and SQLite.

Directions:

• Use a html template with contains an input form and a submit button.

• Download SQLite and configure the tmp folder with the base in order to connect with the server.

• Install Pyflask and configure the python file to take input link and convert it using hex code.

• Configure the database requirements in the python file.

• Use the html tags and link the pyflask code with it in order to perform the shortening process on clicking the submit button on the website.
