import Visual Studio

How can i import in Visual studio 2015?

Every time I import and execute, it show an exception "An unhandled exception of 'System.Windows.Markup.XamlParseException' type PresentationFramework.dll", but i think the problem is another, because i can see the XAML file in the right way.

Do you have a guide to import and execute it in Visual Studio?
