Enter always shows id as int

Though I see a comment about customer ID types being supported and even though my gen code uses --idtype string (and the corresponding generated code is correctly using string) - the gernerated diagram always says that the id is an int.

Documentation says go get -u but that is deprecated in module mode

$ go get -u github.com/a8m/enter
