For manual scheduling, it is stated as [meetingTime] in the help page but [date] [time] in UG.

When long comments are inputted, it overflows and causes the table lose it's formatting.

E.g. Front pipes missing

Feels that it is more complete if there is an additional location field to show where the meeting is held. Otherwise this information will still need to be passed to other attendees through other means

User kate and root has a meeting on 21-12-2021 at 09:00.
It will be clear if under availability, saying the two users are scheduled to have a meeting. Otherwise, it may be difficult to manage thousands of users, not knowing who is free/having a meeting.

Perhaps the words highlighted in red can be placed as notes instead? Maybe is good to not mix commands and explanation itself.

As a user, I feel that it is redundant to include /as [yourRole] when logging in.

I have registered root as an admin. Moreover, I cannot register root as an employee.
Having the extra field poses an additional security risk as the error message indicates that a user exists that is not an employee.
