Media Uploaded Event Listener: Store attachment metadata

In the media_uploaded() callback (that hooks into add_attachment) there's no way to capture the attachment metadata that is echoed back by wp_ajax_upload_attachment() (called by async-upload.php).

$_POST and $_REQUEST don't have that information available. The metadata will have to be extracted at a later stage and the event log row updated in the DB.
