I'm new to both AvalonDock and WPF, so I'm working to keep my head above water here.

I'm noticing that with your sample, once the user docks a tab he's unable to dock another on the opposite axis. Is this a limitation of your (very helpful, thank you) sample, or of AvalonDock itself?

I'm asking because I'd like my layout to look and behave very much like the default view of Visual Studio—two vertical columns at the left and right, running the full height of the main window, and a center column with a horizontal split.

Can AvalonDock do this?
