Make a code_of_conduct file

• Add release branch for production code
• main : development branch
• release : release branch

I will add .exe, .dll files and etc to Releases branch

• We chose MIT license for sonmari.
• Let's add the LICENSE file.
• Add LICENSE file
• Change author name to real name

There is no use of yolo_cpp_dll_no_gpu files in main branch.
They will be used in Release branch. So I delete it.

Move Sonmari/src files into 'darknet/build/darknet/x64'
move src/* ../..
move src/cfg ../..
move src/model ../..
move src/data ../..

About the instructions above, how can I get src/model?
When I run sonmari.py, there was an error since model directory doesn't exist.
I'll copy the message below.

Try to load weights: ./model/yolov4-obj_96_best.weights
Loading weights from ./model/yolov4-obj_96_best.weights...Couldn't open file: ./model/yolov4-obj_96_best.weights

• Let's add .gitignore to prevent unexpected files' commit to the repo
• .gitignore will works as the ignore list

Most probably this dynlib/dll was not found when the application was frozen.

We found this error in some desktop window computers. But cannot find any rules of computers that errors occur. Also cannot find any reason of this error.
I guess there was some error in 'making sonmari.py into exe file using pyinstaller'.
