This would be a much easier way to fine tune the TOML table.

Eventually it would be much better to rewrite it in pure Rust to generate the window dynamically by reading a default file.
It would be good to allow adding and removing Row,Column pairs to be able to make a chart for any thing, such as the NPC chart, or user created enums, etc.

It could also be important if Effectiveness is applied to Animal or any other data type in the library.

@igorfs10 I think this is what you were intending? I may move it to the "character-maker" repo and eventually bundle all the tools together. What if we could make an fltk Builder, from the stats themselves? to make these UI elements? I may play with that idea.
