add review mode

• you can access it from the list page (where you edit decks)
• one of the words you registered randomly appears
• once you clicked on the meaning, it will appear
• you click it again, it will randomly pick a word again

• create a table on supabase
• implement hooks to access to it

might need to upgrade other dependencies too

currently nyanki sorts word list on client-side

this behavior causes

• when you have 2 browsers(tabs) opening /word and you delete a word except the last one, one of browsers shows error since they will try to sort the list at the same time
