ビルド・起動が遅い

この Bot は開発体験が悪すぎる！
事実、 Contributor の100%が開発しにくいと言っている！

詠まれた回数が3未満だと詠めずに落ちる

バイナリなり Docker Image なり用意したい。
毎回本番環境でビルドするのはあまりいけてないので。
