Descriptions can be added manually; I can try to get to that, or if anybody would like to volunteer to do so, I can give them a user account on s.p.o.

As far as a link to the code, that will be significantly more work (which should probably be done upstream), but ought to be doable in most cases. However, (for example) the 2to3 benchmark doesn't really have anything to easily link to, since it just runs the 2to3 script against a given set of data and times how long it takes.
