Currently I've implemented it that way that the ipa file can be passed to --source argument, then it is unarchived into a temporary directory and fails if temporary directory already exists. The better solution is to have a special extract command that just copies mobileprovision files into output directory from an archive. Progress indicator can be implemented using indicatif crate.
