On a ubuntu:trusty docker container, setup script ./scripts/setup/install always fails at reloading supervisor conf. The restart commands fails:

The output is bash -c 'supervisorctl reread &&.. ' returned error code 2, indicating the socket file of supervisor does not exist. Indeed, the supervisor service is not running at that time.

Removing the custom restart line and falling back to a classic puppet stop/start fixes the issue on my side.
