Integrate with travis CI so the tests run nice and automatic about zulip HOT 7 CLOSED

Might make sense to do this as a 2-part project -- making a PPA so we can make the Zulip production setup install on precise again (which has its own value) and then putting that into Travis CI.

It should be easy to do because we used to support precise; we just moved to trusty when we did the Django 1.8 upgrade, so I expect it'll just be backporting like 5 more packages.

Ubuntu 14.04 support exists and can apparently be opted into with certain directives in .travis.yml (mobile-shell/mosh@4b5389e).

It seems to have passed with out any changes the next time.

So, the actual issue is that the casper tests are flaky. Sigh.

Ran the tests 100x and got no flakes, so whatever flakiness issue I had seems very rare. So, I've deployed it to master, and the first build even passed! Yay. :)
